Operating rules
Every visitor of the private fitness center is required to familiarize themselves with these operational rules and act in accordance with them. By paying the entrance fee according to the valid price list, the visitor expresses full agreement with these rules. Any client who fails to comply with the operational rules may be denied future access by having their phone number and email blocked in the reservation system.
• All guests must comply with this Regulation for the safe and efficient operation of the gym.
• Only clean sports shoes and attire are allowed. Towels are mandatory on the bench and equipment.
• Return all equipment to its original place after use; clean and disinfect equipment as needed.
• No smoking, or use of drugs/alcohol inside the premises.
• Filming or photographing in the gym is permitted only for personal use and with respect for privacy; commercial use by agreement only.
• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Animals not allowed.
• Facility may be monitored by CCTV for security.
• Any accident, injury, or equipment malfunction must be immediately reported to us.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or a ban from the facility.
Terms and conditions
1. Introduction
• These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by PRIVATE GYM DEMO, registered in Portugal with tax number 987 654 321. By booking, purchasing, or using any of our services, clients agree to comply fully with these Terms.
2. Booking and Access
• Access is granted only to registered clients or those with prior reservation and payment, subject to the current price list. Clients must use the facilities only for the intended purpose and in accordance with posted rules.
3. Payments and Cancellations
• Payments must be made in advance via accepted bank cards or methods. You may cancel your session conveniently through the "My bookings" menu. Please be aware that cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy, and the refundable amount is adjusted based on the time remaining until the session. Above 6 hours, 100% is refunded. Above 1 hour, 50% is refunded. Above 0 hours, 0% is refunded.
4. Client Responsibilities
• Clients are responsible for their own health and personal insurance. Entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Minors under 15 may enter only with an adult’s supervision.
5. Liabilities
• PRIVATE GYM DEMO is not liable for injury or loss caused by non-compliance with these terms or misuse of equipment. We reserve the right to remove any client who violates the rules.
6. Changes to Service
• We reserve the right to alter opening hours, prices, or services, with notice posted online and onsite as required by law.
7. Governing Law
• These Terms shall be governed by Portuguese legislation and applicable EU law.

• Personal Data Collected: We may collect name, contact information, payment details, and booking history.
